an entry about nothing
I have not posted an entry in 2 months. I'm not really posting one now, either. This is about nothing at all. Just a test. I hope it passes muster.
I have inserted a photo of the chocolate fountain from The Chocolate Moose, which was invited to setup a table at the New York State Museum Chocolate Expo in December. It was fun serving 5000 chocoholics. Our table was in the Adirondacks. But we should have been setup under the stuffed moose. 
Chocolate fountain, mmmmmmm.
We do it the "low rent" way. Bar of cheap chocolate broken up in a bowl, maybe dark and white chocolate if want to splurge, throw it in the microwave and dip some fresh strawberries in it.
Oh, then off to the living room to watch Heroes : )
Yum and why the heck not? Even the good stuff is a treat hooked up at home this way. The last time the "moose fountain" went out for rent it was for a wedding of 260. Our staff had cash offers from "tipsy" guests to stick their heads under the flowing chocolate. It's about as popular right now as vodka luges. (I've never seen one, but I'd like to own a taxi company camped outside those weddings...)
